Booking is strongly advised at all times.
To confirm a booking we require a 20% non refundable deposit.
For groups of 6 or more the outstanding balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Reception hours: 9am - 9pm. Please note we close for lunch from 12 - 1pm. If you are going to arrive outside these hours then please phone/email a few days beforehand.
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance or full charge of all nights booked will apply. For group bookings (6 people or more) 7 days notice is required or full charge of all nights booked will apply. Cancellations must be made by e-mail only.
Torquay International Backpackers reserves the right of admission to the premises. All payments must be made in advance unless alternative arrangements are in place. Please note the weekly rate of £80 is part of our 'pay for 4 nights, get 3 free' where payment is made in advance. If payment is not made in advance the weekly rate reverts to our nightly rate. All invoices must be paid in full within 28 days or will lose the discounted rate.
As all standard dorm beds are equal in price you will be booking a bed in a shared dorm. Within large group bookings where possible you will be in a dorm to yourselves however unless all beds in a room are paid for you may have to share with other guests.
Persons or Parties who damage the Backpackers will be liable for complete repair or replacement costs. We have a £50 charge for excessive cleaning when required.
